Images of Namibia
This gallery will contain the images of Namibia taken during 2013 trip.
Namibia is an independent country in southern Africa with a population of 2.1 million people. So, considering the overall country area, this is one of the least densely populated countries in the world. There are numerous places and artifacts which could be seen only there… The Namib Desert, considered to be the oldest desert in the world. The Skeleton Coast where Namibia interacts with Atlantic ocean. Cape Fur Seals, the largest colony of fur seals on Earth. Very different ethnic groups like Himba, Herero and Damara people, who speak the so-called “click” language. And the vast National Parks like Etosha National Park and Waterberg National Park with their savannas and grasslands, where you could see giraffes, lions, rhinoceros, elephants, different types of antelopes, buffaloes, zebras, baboons, cheetahs at very close distances.
